You may request a return/refund if the product arrives damaged/broken. If the product was not in stock and ordered from our Supplier – there may be a 50% refund limit. If the Pops have already been shipped you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to Pop Vinyl for inspection upon which a refund will be given.

Please note that we do not offer returns/refunds on Mystery Pop Boxes due to the nature of abuse regarding Limited Edition Pops.

1. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the order date. After 48 hours from the order date you may contact Pop Vinyl Customer Service via email ( to determine the best course of action. Pop Vinyl will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail stores or partners.

2. A copy of the Pop Vinyl credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
Pop Vinyl invoice may be requested prior to Pop Vinyl Customer Service issuing a return/refund.

3. If you are offered a refund, please return the product in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Pop Vinyl reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged (other than what is stated before shipping) or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

4. A copy of the Pop Vinyl credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
Pop Vinyl invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

5. Products received without the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

6. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via any shipping method deemed suitable to Pop Vinyl.

7. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Pop Vinyl. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked, Pop Vinyl is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

8. Funds will be credited within 2-7 days of acknowledgement of a refund.
